We have two unique businesses offering a multitude of options for your next event.

 

We have several options to help serve your needs:

  1. Our “ Cork & Fork Greatest Hits” menu features a selection of 5 of our all time, most popular dishes and is served with some dishes being shared and some plated individually, our most affordable option for large group dining. For use of the private event space or patio, groups will be subject to a food and beverage minimum.
    Price: $40-50 per person and up, group size of 12-50
  2. Custom Menus that include seasonal menu items can be created specifically for your groups’ needs, including options like vegan dishes, wine pairings, etc. We can work with you to select a custom menu that works for your group. Pricing for custom menus will be based on the selections you make, your group’s size, and subject to a food & beverage minimum.
    Price: Based on selections made, group size of 12-50
  3. Wine Dinners are our award winning chef’s specialty and can be booked for your private group based on availability. They include 4 exquisite courses, paired with wine, plus a fabulous dessert. Our chef will work with you to create the ideal menu for your group. We can add a champagne reception and additional courses if you would like.
    Price $75 to $100 per person, group size of 12-30
  4. Cocktail Parties are available in our private event space or on our private patio, based on availability. We do all the work from setting up and serving the drinks to tray passing the hors’ d’oeuvres. Menus can be custom created based on your group size and event needs and can be tailored to fit your budget.
  5. Cooking Class or Demonstration – let our award winning chefs entertain your guests with a fun cooking class that also constitutes a meal. Our culinary classroom / private event space is the perfect place for a participatory cooking party or a demonstration style event. Menus can be custom created for your group or you can select from a menu of classes we already offer.
    Price $60 and up, group size 10-24

With this menu, some items are shared and some are served individually and are noted as such. Gluten Free items are noted with an asterisk*. Vegetarian items are noted with a (v). For guests that are solely vegetarian, we can swap in other vegetarian options for items containing meat. We are unable to accommodate vegan guests with this menu and would require a special menu be created, subject to pricing.

Cork & Fork Group Dining Information

Hi! We are a very small restaurant so we have some rules about booking large parties to protect us from loss of valuable business as well as to protect the group dining experience for your party, and the other diners in the premises that evening. Thank you for your understanding, our goal is to create a wonderful time for your guests.

 

Group Size:

Groups up to 10 people are able to forgo having a set menu and can be seated in our main dining room. Your server will help recommend the appropriate amount of dishes and help with sharing / etc so that our kitchen does not get overly taxed at any one time.

Parties 10 or larger are required to select a menu in advance in order to properly allow our kitchen to service the other guests dining that evening. Based on your group’s needs and our unique availability for the evening, we may have available seating in the main dining room, patio, or private event space next door.

Groups larger than 12 ( with some exceptions ) are considered private events and will need to look at the private event options only.

All groups are subject to a food & beverage minimum whether they are held privately or in the main dining room, this amount is factored by the day of the week, season, group size and location of the event.

 

Reservation Policy:

In order to book your party, you will be required to provide a valid credit card in advance, and in most cases, sign a contract or provide a deposit.

For most group sizes 8-12 and standard menu selections, you will have until the day before your scheduled reservation at 3pm to cancel without penalty. After that time, you will be charged a penalty fee of $25 per person for reservations that are not honored. Additionally, within that time if your party size drops upon arrival, you will be charged $20 for the empty seats.

For larger parties ( over 12 people ) and custom menus, a contract will be required with specific instructions as to deposits and payments, etc.

Seating Options:

We have 3 unique dining areas that suit different types of groups and menus individually.

 

Our main dining area is the smallest and least private, but works very well for groups up to 10 people as we can easily accommodate your group amongst our regular diners.

 

Our lovely shaded patio is available seasonally based on weather and availability. If the patio is scheduled to be open to the public on your date, we can accommodate smaller groups along with other diners outside, and works well for groups up to 12. For private groups, we can accommodate up to 40 people on the patio.

A third option is our next door cooking school / private event space. This space is most suited to medium sized groups of 12-24. This space also allows the option of a cooking class or demonstration.

In order to book the patio or cooking school space for private use, there will be a pre-determined food & beverage minimum in place, based on your event date. Please note: patio events are scheduled based on weather, if poor weather rolls in on the day of your event we will do our best to accommodate you in our private event space if it is available, but if not we plan to execute your event rain or shine.

 

Beverage Options:

-Guests can choose their own beverages from our extensive menu

-We can add a wine pairing for each course if it is not already part of your package

-Guests can choose from a pre-established list of items only

(for example, they can choose from a predetermined red wine, a white wine or a sparkling wine option)and be billed based on consumption

-Soft drinks and all other beverage are not included unless otherwise noted.

– we will not allow outside food & beverages to be brought in for any private groups.

 

Food & Beverage Minimums:

Please inquire about the food & beverage minimum for your specific event date, location and group size. It will depend on the day of the week, season, group size, dining area and what type of menu you select.

 

Gratuity:

A standard 20% gratuity is automatically added to all groups 6 or larger. Additional service fees might apply if the scope of your event requires additional service staff for any reason.

Tax:

Some events will be taxable and others may not, depending on the scope and style of the event. Regular cooking classes are usually exempt since they are considered a service rendered. If service staff is required and guests are ordering items the event becomes taxable.

Payment:

For most group dining, we are only able to split payment a maximum of 4 ways.

The only exception is for wine dinners, where we can prepare individual checks (one per couple). We do not accept personal checks. Cash or Credit Cards only please. Please make financial arrangements with your group in advance.

Deposits are due upon booking your event. They are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Your event order will have specific information about due dates, etc.
